The adjustable framed bearing unit consists of a bearing housing, an outer frame, ansssd an adjustable screw mechanism.
The bearing housing is used to install the bearing, providing support, self-alignment, and positioning.
The outer frame is available in stamped, cast, and welded types. It is used to secure and protect the bearing housing, and can be directly mounted to the main body of the machinery or equipment using bolts through the mounting holes on the outer frame.
The adjustable mechanism uses a screw adjustment, allowing users to adjust the position, angle, or tightness of the bearing housing within a certain range to meet specific installation requirements or achieve optimal bearing performance.
This series of outer frames adopts an integrated ductile iron (QT450) casting structure, offering excellent rigidity and strength. The mounting surface is finely milled for high installation accuracy.
